A special Brigade of chefs, composed by Corrado Assenza, Luigi Taglienti, Giuseppe Iannotti, Luigi Sartini, Riccardo Agostini, Gianpaolo Raschi, Lorenzo Cagnoli, Silvio Di Donna, will flavor the dreams of the great director.
The Galli Theater will host the event amid re-enactments, memory and quotations from the classics of the Italian cuisine, in homage to the tastes of Fellini, mixing music, cinema flashes, suggestive dishes and inspired preparations.
The guests will be accompanied on this delicious journey by the touching and familiar melodies of Stefano Serafini's magic trumpet.
It starts with the aperitif in the Poletti room at the entrance of the Theater and along the grand staircase, with appetizing stops and Fellinian characters, interpreted by actors of the Filodramatica Lele Marini.
Then in the Ressi room, fantasy and craftsmanship, knowledge and imagination, enchantment and seduction of food and dreams materialize in a menu that is not celebratory, but alive, like the spirit and legacy that Fellini left to the city ​​and the world.
And finally the pastry service that will be set up at the Caffè del Grifone.
