This section of the web site has been projected following the "Dispositions for web information systems access to disable people" contained in the Italian Law n. 4/2004 and in its relative study (December 2004 version).

Validity of the code
In accordance with this law, the web site has been realized following the details contained in the EC3 XHTML 1.0 standard and in its implementation Strict. The main aim is to separate informative contents from aesthetic and stylistic elements by using CSS. The resultant code has passed the exam of the official W3C validators.

4/2004 law requirements (Stanca Law)
All the 22 main technical requirements have been followed, in particular: * mark-up code * separation between contents and aesthetic presentation * use of images (and clickable client-side maps) * make-up of the web page without using tables * accessibility and simplification of the forms for data input * limited use or absence of script and applet java; in any case it is possible a substitution with alternative contents for browsers not having such a technology at their disposal * use of controls and shortcuts allowing the Internet user to get directly to certain contents by using the keyboards of their PC.

Use and advantage of CSS
The use of CSS separating contents from their visualization allows a great number of Internet users to read these contents whatever their PC are. Particular attention has been paid to the page which can easily adapt to any screen size. The site has been tested by all principal browsers in order to verify possible idiosyncratic problems. Size and colours of the characters (font) can change according to the size of the screen used and in order to avoid problems of colour contrasts.
