A great European gay & lesbian pride generalist event, a party open to all, with cultural events, music and entertainment. In the late afternoon of Sunday 6th, the parade sets off from Piazzale Benedetto Croce to Piazzale Fellini, where the party continues until nightfall with music, DJ sets, Drag and special guests.
For the Pride Week, from Wednesday 2 to Sunday 6 August, meetings, shows and entertainment are scheduled among the beach, Piazzale Kennedy and Fellini. On Saturday evening Official Pride Party in Piazzale Kennedy with DJ set and entertainment. 
The event organised and promoted by “Alan Turing” Arcigay Rimini.
As a preview, on Saturday June 17 at “Bagno 27 La Community” an event was dedicated to Raffaella Carrà, a lifelong free spirit and icon of freedom, with an istallation that is still on display until the end of August.

Sport Dance

Italian DanceSport Championships

The largest Dancesport festival in the world returns to Rimini with ten days of shows, competitions and much more. The event includes engaging and exciting competitions both for the FIDS (Italian DanceSport Federation) athletes and for the public, who can watch performances of all the dancesport specialities on the occasion of the Italian Championships.
In just a few years, the event has become the largest DanceSport Festival in the world, with thousands of participants.
Ample space, as always, for international competitions and of course the Italian Championships, but also for the main sector fair in Italy, dedicated to companies interested in the dance market present in the Expo Village.

International Festival of Animated Films, Comics and Games - market exhibition Riminicomix and Cosplay Convention

The International Festival of Animated Films, Comics and Games returns to Rimini in July.
As usual, thematic and personal exhibitions of illustrators and cartoonists will be proposed, as well as screenings of animated shorts and animated films from all over the world.  There is no shortage of workshops for children, meetings with authors, conferences and round tables on the themes of the festival, as well as shows, concerts, events on the beach and much more. Many exhibitions remain open till the end of the month.
Among the themes of the 39th edition, there is that of “Women's rights” with particular attention focused on the portrayal of the female figure in comics, animated films and games.
From 13 to 16 July, in Piazzale Fellini, the comics market exhibition “Riminicomix” is back, along with the Cosplay Convention, the gathering of young people and adults playing their favourite characters from comics, cartoons, games and TV series.
“Cartoon Club” is organised by Acli Arte e Spettacolo of Rimini and boasts numerous collaborations and partnerships with prestigious national and international institutions.

The Pink Night's dawn concert is entrusted to Mihaela Costea and the 'Rimini Classica' Orchestra.
An evocative concert on the beach of Rimini Terme in Miramare, for the usual appointment with the public at sunrise by the sea, with 'The Four Seasons' by Vivaldi.
Violin soloist Mihaela Costea, who in the last symphonic seasons, in addition to the activity of first violin, has joined the solo repertoire facing masterpieces from the Baroque to the romantic repertoire, with particular attention to Vivaldi.

RDS 100% GRANDI SUCCESSI: LIVE broadcasting, entertainment, DjSet with Claudio Guerrini & Roberta Lanfranchi + Gaia & Levante live + Discoradio Party for the Pink Night

On Rimini’s summer scene, the entertainment and music of RDS 100% GRANDI SUCCESSI (Big Hits), the local summer Radio Partner, are back with two weeks of live radio and television broadcasting from Piazzale Kennedy and the DJ-sets at cocktail hour, with the voices of Claudio Guerrini and Roberta Lanfranchi. Plenty of special entertainment activities with which RDS brings a flood of music and fun to the Rimini seafront: entertainment with the RDS Next talents and live performance by Gaia, an artist much loved by the young public and Levante, one of the most talented singer-songwriters of the Italian pop scene (Saturday 1 July at 21.30), while during Pink Night (Friday 7 and Saturday 8 July, from 10pm), the station in Piazzale Kennedy will host Discoradio Party, the Discoradio travelling party with all the most rhythmic hits from the 90s to date. mixed by Edo Munari and Matteo Epis, with animation by Valentina Guidi and Don Cash.

Balamondo World Music Festival arrives in Rimini for two evenings of music between tradition and innovation

Molo Discoliscio Parade: Mirko Casadei and the POPular Folk Orchestra with Joe T Vannelli and Ivana Spagna

Returning to Rimini, in a new setting, that of the canal port that, for many years, welcomed Casadei’s “La Nave del Sole” during the summer season, is the Balamondo World Music Festival, the innovative festival, where the artists bring the elements of their music to the stage and then merge them with the popular Romagna tradition of Ballroom Dancing (Liscio). Artistic director Mirko Casadei, who performs together with his POPular Folk Orchestra, is accompanied by nationally and internationally renowned artists.
Among the guests of 2023 the disc jockey Joe T Vannelli and the singer-songwriter Ivana Spagna.
An appointment that pays homage to the popular culture of Romagna, to that sunny, positive and welcoming identity that distinguishes this land.

From comics to movies

Exhibition by Romano Garofalo

An exhibition of drawings and illustrations that tells the story of 40 film projects with the most famous characters created by Romano Garofalo, cartoonist, writer and journalist from Rimini.
Known to the general public for being the father of Jonny Logan, a likeable anti-hero, who had great editorial success in the seventies and also appeared on TV in the popular series Supergulp (Rai2), and of Mostralfonso, he was one of the most prolific comic book authors among the seventies and eighties.
He is the creator and author of many characters with the collaboration of numerous Italian designers, including: Leone Cimpellin, Giorgio Cavazzano, Giorgio Trevisan, Silvano Sacchetti, Marzio Lucchesi, Giuseppe Scapigliati, Massimo Albini, Magnus, Giovanni Zaccagnini, Silvia Mondini, Silver and Clod.
