An appointment with a selection of 'master chocolatiers' of the association Acai, coming from different regions in Italy and specialized in the processing and creation of high quality products made with pure chocolate. At every stand, the masters are available to the visitors to explain the secrets of chocolate manufacturing and the peculiarities of the products on display,
On Saturday afternoon the chef Domenico Sorrentino will perfotme in a showcooking to find out how to prepare some dishes with chocolate and with the help of a sommelier how to make the perfect match with a wine for a tasting that can thrill.
New in this edition 2017 is the "CHOCOCOCKTAIL" competition, dedicated to the Barman who will be able to invent a new Cocktail for Ciocco Rimini (regulation on the reference site)
