The cuisine of Romagna, rich in flavors and history, immediately brings to mind of diners gathered around a table to celebrate parties and anniversaries. A traditional role of fundamental importance is that of the " azdora ", the landlady, intent on preparing stuffed pasta, meat  and  bluefish dishes washed down with a glass of Sangiovese and accompanied by the unfailing piadina.
