The competition consists in the sum of the two best times that the competitors will perform in the Water Race and in the Inflatable Race.  The circuit consists in: start of the water race from the shore in front of BoaBay, swim round the perimeter of the waterpark; start of the inflatable race wearing the life-jacket and run upto the iceberg from which they dive and swim to the shore.
The arrival on the shoreline determines the end of the race.
Participation in the competition is free and open to everyone from 16 years old.
