Tuesday 9th May 2017, the day before the opening of the trade fair, some test fields will be set up in an agricultural farm nearby the Expo Centre in order to show how cutting-edge technology is applied to fruit and vegetable fields (Macfrut in the field).
There will be a showcase dedicated to artisan businesses in the field of top-quality fruit and vegetable processing aimed at the modern retail or specialised retail fruit and vegetable sector (Macfrut Gourmet).
Not to be missed is the space dedicated to retail stores of the future, which is a showcase of innovative solutions for fruit and vegetable produce for a modern and renewed retail sector (Macfrut New Retail Solution).
