Rimini Fiera, the Expo Center, hosts the Gluten Free Expo, the only international trade fair dedicated to products and gluten-free food.
The expo, now in its fifth edition, is a marketplace and meeting point for professionals and public with the presentation of gluten-free products, demonstration areas with show cooking and workshops for adults and children. Gluten Free Expo is a food & beverage expo which aims to meet the needs of an increasingly growing market.
