Corrado Assenza, an authority of the gastronomy where Italy has gained the envy of the world, has left his renowned Caffè Sicilia in Noto to accompany the “Brigata del Diavolo” in an exceptional event that will offer the opportunity to enjoy a lunch prepared in the Grifone hall of the new Teatro Galli, brightly overlooking Piazza Cavour, on Sunday, December 2nd.
In fact, the master will inaugurate the room with “Pranzo in scena” ("Lunch on stage" ) by directing a group of chefs that will interpret the Adriatic Sea in the "Sicilian way" and creating a cultural and sensory twinning between Romagna and Sicily.
