Rimini welcomes the most awaited of the festivities with a beautiful light show. The historic centre, the city boroughs and the Marina are dressing up with colours, sounds and sparkling welcoming lights that brighten the whole area.
The Christmas lights, from the end of November until the Epiphany, are the frame for the major events during Christmas and the New Year's celebrations: from exhibitions, to the traditional Holy cribs, the Christmas markets and a wide range of other appointments, that make Rimini a special venue for the “Capodanno più lungo del mondo”, the longest New Year’s celebration in the world, surrounded by the unique charm of the sea in winter.
