The first private market for the direct sale of agricultural products has been in Rimini for some years. It is known as "farmer market".
Every Friday morning a unique opportunity is offered to buy "Made in Rimini" products directly from the manufacturer.
Over 20 are the companies in the province of Rimini which joined the market. An innovative way to propose and sell fresh and seasonal products of the area.
The initiative is promoted by the Italian Farmers Federation and the Coldiretti Provincial Federation.

Every Friday from 7.30 am to 12.30 pm

In this particular type of market, only the farms located in the territory of the province of Rimini and its neighboring municipalities can participate in order to exploit the typical productions of the territory, to promote transparency both in price formation and on the quality and provenance of the products , to bring consumption of fresh and seasonal products into the territory, to be an opportunity for income for local businesses.
Among the objectives pursued, the effect on consumer prices is also due to the reduction of the distribution chain.
