In the documentary film, Maura Axelrod tells the story of one of the most important, discussed and provocative artists in the world, a genius of our time that has revolutionized contemporary art.
The film is a journey in the company of the man who has shaken the world of contemporary art from the late eighties to nowadays with a series of installations: from the famous 'Be Right Back', which takes its name from the piece of paper that Cattelan had attached on the wall of the gallery that was to host his exhibition, up to the dummies of kids hanging from a tree in Milan, and Daddy Daddy, a colorful Walt Disney Pinocchio drowned in a pool.
In film there is also Massimiliano Gioni, art critic and associate director of New York's New Museum of Contemporary Art. Gori became a friend of Cattelan when he in 1998 interviewed him for the magazine Flash Art.
