Biennale Disegno Rimini

About two thousand drawings by famous artists, from the sixteenth century to contemporary times, are on display in Rimini - works coming from important Italian and foreign private collections and prestigious public collections become the protagonists of an unique event in Italy.
Starting from 23rd April until 10th July 2016, the initiative 27 exhibitions are exhibitted in institutional venues such as the City Museum 'Luigi Tonini', the modern art gallery FAR - Fabbrica Arte Rimini, the Palazzo del Podestà, the Foyer of the Galli Theatre, the Music Institute 'G.Lettimi', Sismondo Castle and the Oratory of St. Girolamo.
As in the previous edition, the Biennale Disegno includes an Open Circuit with exhibitions set up in libraries, antique shops and art galleries.
In the space Cantiere Disegno, the pencils are active with forty artists who will enliven the over forty rooms of the new space of the City Museum, Ala nuova.
