Fifth edition of Balamondo World Music Festival, the great Festival celebrating music, dance, territories, with focus on popular music and the typical dance of the Romagna region, Il Liscio. Three evenings to the rhythm of Romagna music and its magical intersection of notes with the sounds of the world.
The artistic direction is entrusted to Mirko Casadei, who will be on stage with his Orchestra and with great guests, such as the guitarist Mark Ribot, the rapper Frankie hi-nrg-mc, the rebel Eugenio Finardi and the persuasive accordion of Richard Galliano.
This edition of the Festival will be dedicated to Federico Fellini, in the year of the centenary of the Maestro's birth, and to the city of Rimini, where Mirko Casadei POPular Folk Orchestra and his guest artists will also present some "Felliniani" songs, including the music of the film "Amarcord" by Nino Rota, rearranged for the occasion.
