2013 in Rimini, a year of great events

Sagra Malatestiana, Fellinianno 2013, Moto GP, Blogfest, the Franciscan Festival, the Big Wheel: here a selection of the main appointments in Autumn

Rimini is like the Blues - it has a bit of everything, or at least that is what a famous Italian pop singer, Luciano Ligabue, has to say about it. And turning the pages of the calendar of events that punctuate the year 2013 one cannot but agree with him: Rimini, as a holiday destination, changes every day keeping its original spirit. Here tradition and new trends go hand in hand to tell each time something special and unique. Every day and every night you can choose from an enormous selection of events: from music to local tradition, art and culture, sports and entertainment for children.

After the sport events, started with the Fed Cup (in February), RiminiWellness, the European Cheerleading Championship, and the events of entertainment during the Summer such as the Molo Street Parade and la Notte Rosa (the Pink Night) with an entire weekend of music, entertainment, culture, food and wine – in Rimini the proposals continue with the calendar of events dedicated to Federico Fellini in 'Fellinianno 2013' (till the end of the year).

After the mid-august celebrations and the one-hundred-days long festivals organized by the tourist committees during the summer in Rimini (till the end of September), many appointments will follow in the month of September and further in Autumn: if you are staying in Rimini during the following months you will never get bored.

Among the main events we remind: the prestigious music festival Sagra Musicale Malatestiana, Rimini Jazz Festival, the Franciscan Festival with events for the entire family included tours in the places visited by St. Francis 800 years ago, the Blogfest with conferences, concerts and events all in the name of the community network, the concerts at 105 Stadium with famous Italian artists such as Nek, Emma, Max Pezzali and others and important sport events such as the Moto GP, Gran Premio Aperol di San Marino e della Riviera di Rimini (13th - 15th September).

Then take a pen and paper and mark the dates not to be missed in the calendar:
