Please be informed, that your personal data is included in our data base in order to classify you among the members of the Club "Cittàmica" and will be handled, also technologically, by the Comune di Rimini Assessorato al Turismo in compliance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 as part of its institutional activities.

With reference to art. 13 of the European regulation 2016/679 we inform you as follows:

Processor : the Council may use third parties for the performance of activities and related processing of personal data for which the Council is the owner. In compliance with the law, these subjects ensure levels of experience, capacity and reliability such as to guarantee compliance with the regulations in force concerning treatment and data security profile. Instructions, tasks and charges are formalized by the Council for these third parties with their designation as "Data Processors". These are subjected to periodic checks in order to ascertain the maintenance of the guarantee levels.

The aims for collecting your data are [point (a) of Article 6(1)] :

• to be member of the club;
• to elaborate internal statistics;
• to organize mailing lists;
• to send information on Rimini and the Club.

Staff involved in processing operations :
The personal data are processed by internal personnel previously authorized and in charge of the processing, who are given appropriate instructions for the protection of personal data.
The collected data is not provided to third parties.

How long we retain your data:
We store your personal data only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected or for any other legitimate purpose related to it.

It is your right:

• to get the updating, the rectification, the integration or the erasure of your data;
• to oppose, wholly or in part, for lawful reasons, to the processing of data;
• to complain with the Supervisory Authority;
• to withdraw your consent at any time (Article 7(3)).
