This building dates back to the end of 19th century when it was re-designed by Prof. Ghinelli from Santarcangelo.
Later on, damaged by bombings, it underwent careless reconstruction works. Today it has been entirely restored by Paolo Beltrambini; there is also a museum inside the building where you can find some remains of the old Roman domus, such as various floors and a beautiful fountain basin in the internal garden. It is remarkable the completely restored two-row portico dating back to 18th century. It is hosting the Prefecture's offices.
