Borgo San Giuliano

Website:
Address:
Rimini

Rimini's pride and tradition draw lifeblood from its ancient boroughs (districts of Rimini). Among them the Borgo San Giuliano is certainly the most famous one thanks to the worldwide famous figure of Federico Fellini, who spent part of his life in this place, and to the traditional Feast "Festa de' Borg", which takes place every two years in order to savour the atmosphere of the past, and which is organized by the Società de' Borg (see the reference website)
This little village is also worthwhile visiting to look at the murals dedicated to the Maestro and his films in the labyrinth of its little streets.
Borgo San Giuliano is situated just over the Bridge of Tiberius and passing-by film lovers will immediately recognize the scene of the car race (Mille Miglia) in Amarcord.
