Somar Lungo, the traditional Easter Monday trip to the Sanctuary “delle Grazie” on the hill of Covignano, is dedicated to a theme dear to the city and its traditions and it is characterized by a parade of carriages and bicycles.
The event that dates back to the eighteenth century has been rediscovered in recent years and has now reached its thirteenth edition.
The initiative is organized by the 'Zeinta di Borg' Association.
Departure at 9 am from the Caffè delle Rose and arrival at the Santuario delle Grazie at 11 am.
At 1.00 pm packed lunch or by the Alpini.
