“Quattro Sassi”, now in its fifth edition, is a cycling tour, without rankings and scores, a day of wellness and fun organized by the 'Liberabici' association.
A non-competitive bike race, through the city of Rimini and the hills and villages of the hinterland, with challenging passages capable of satisfying the most demanding amateur cyclists but at the same time adaptable and suitable for those who are less trained; there are numerous possibilities to vary the route without renouncing the pleasure of enjoying this festive day together.
The event is open to any type of bicycle; it takes place on roads that are regularly open to traffic and the use of a helmet is mandatory.
Starting and arrival point in Rimini via Marecchiese 227, with three refreshment points along the way:
Verucchio historic center Piazza Malatesta already after 18 km.A first rich snack based on homemade desserts, fruit, fresh drinks;
Pennabilli, which represents the "turning point" of the excursion;
Again Verucchio for an aperitif with piadina, stuffed cassoncini, tart and donut.
