According to the law, in general dogs are not allowed to enter the beach and the access to the sea is prohibited. However there are bathing establishments offering a possibility to our 4-legged friends to go on holidays with their owners.
Since 2018, in addition to going to the beach, animals can enter the water only in certain hours and in certain areas of tbhe beach.
According to the regional health service, access to the sea is allowed only in the early morning, from 6.00 am to 8.00 am or in the evening from 6.40 pm to 9.00 pm: the animals must be led up to the water with the leash and the owners must supervise them, never leaving dogs free. Particular attention is requested for the cleaning of the sea and the sandy shore, especially for the animal dejections.
Access to beach and sea is allowed only for animals whose owners have made the appropriate registration at the dedicated bathing establishments.
The sea area intended for dogs bathing, in front of the bathing establishment, must be bordered by floating devices and identified by the sign "access for animals to the sea". 
The stretches of water bordered and allowed to the four-legged friends depends on the beach attendants' requests. Usually they are in front of Bagno 28, 80, 81 / 82, 84, 85b (south).

The umbrellas reserved for pets and their owners are located in a private area, where you can choose between two types of service: non-fenced umbrellas arranged from the first row, or the exclusive individually fenced umbrellas, where to rest in relax with your four-legged friend. There are available two pet showers, two exercise areas where dogs can move freely, water bowls and pet beds.
A vet is available for emergencies and even a dog sitter. In front of the bathing establishment it is available a sea area reserved for dogs bathing in the authorized time.

To be allowed to enter the beach, the dog must have sanitary card to confirm vaccinations in case of control by the local Sanitary Service  (Ausl di Rimini).
The fee generally correspond with a fee for an umbrella in sector 1 (maximum price).
