The ‘Wellness walking for family’ is a walk along the seashore included in the events of the Wellness Week, with departure and return on the beach of Riminiterme. After a quick warm up the programme proposes a walk of about one hour. At the end of the walk relaxing and wellness exercises are proposed, to conclude with a bio-aperitif for all participants.
