Romagna Osteria reopens its doors with a suggestive and poetic preview: "A special day" at the Colonia Bolognese between history, music and the author's cuisine by five great chefs of the territory. A "special day" in a structure dating back to 1932, but set in the second half of the last century, when the Colony hosted families and children from all over Italy made contact with the Riviera.
A world that will be told through images, words and music thanks to the contribution of Italia Nostra and the Order of Architects.
And also through unique dishes that smell of sea, iodine and saltiness by Riccardo Agostini (Il Piastrino, Pennabilli), Gianpaolo Raschi (Guido, Rimini), Paolo Bissaro (La Canonica, Casteldimezzo), Luigi Sartini (La Taverna Righi, San Marino) and Paolo Teverini (Tosco Romagnolo Hotel - Teverini Restaurant, Bagno di Romagna).
