SIGEP will host the 5th edition of the Junior Pastry World Championship, with the participation of 11 of the best under 23 pastry chefs from the five continents.
Great expectations in the world of coffee for the World Coffee Roasting Championship, a traveling world competition with over 20 countries competing in search of the best coffee roaster.
Furthermore, Sigep Gelato d'Oro, where the finalists of the nine events held during the year in Italy will compete to represent the Belpaese at the IX Ice Cream World Cup 2020.
