Sigep, now in its 40th edition, is the undisputed leading international trade fair in the sectors of ice cream, pastry, bakery and coffee.
It is dedicated exclusively to professional operators from all over the world.
All the sectors are represented through an extraordinary exposition that anticipates trends and innovations for everything related to raw materials, ingredients, equipment, furnishings and services.
It is a show that rewards world excellences, presents new formats, develops global networking and increases the business between companies and professionals.
After the ribbon cutting ceremony, toast with 'monumental' cake, tasting a maxi ice-cream cup to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the fair.

TOP EVENTS 2019
SIGEP will host the 5th edition of the Junior Pastry World Championship, with the participation of 11 of the best under 23 pastry chefs from the five continents.
Great expectations in the world of coffee for the World Coffee Roasting Championship, a traveling world competition with over 20 countries competing in search of the best coffee roaster.
Furthermore, Sigep Gelato d'Oro, where the finalists of the nine events held during the year in Italy will compete to represent the Belpaese at the IX Ice Cream World Cup 2020.
