The ‘Roaring Twenties’ in Rimini
Resort:
Rimini, Foyer of the Galli Theatre - Piazza Cavour

Between the end of First World War, the arrival of fascism and the economic crisis of 1929, Rimini became ‘the most beautiful beach in the world’ and participated in the great revolution in art, politic, culture and lifestyle. Rimini built its own magical epic era around the splendid Kursaal, the theatres, the exclusive city clubs and the famous nightlife venues. The international ‘beau monde’ of the '20s influenced Rimini in the field of fashion, art, dance, fun and elite sports. The city stood out as the most lighthearted location of the era.
The photos of this period give us the elegant and official image of the city.
