In the presence of the President of the Italian Republic Sergio Mattarella, Riccardo Muti for the first time on the podium of the Amintore Galli Theater in Rimini, to direct his Luigi Cherubini Youth Orchestra in a selection of pieces taken from Mozart's 'Le nozze di Figaro'.
The concert opens the 70th edition of the Sagra Musicale Malatestiana in Rimini and is also one of the events that enriche the intense days of the Italian Opera Academy, which takes place from 20 July to 2 August at the Teatro Alighieri in Ravenna.
The concert will be broadcast live thanks to a large screen in Piazza Cavour.
