Vintage cars, coming from all over the world, will challenge on a route of 1000 km with departure and arrival in Mantua. The Gran Premio Nuvolari is one of the most important race in the world for number of crews and kilometers of the route and for its technical difficulty. The route of the 2016 edition confirms an itinerary on the roads of central and northern Italy connecting the Tirrenian to the Adriatic sea.
The format of the Gran Prix is as usual with departure and arrival in Mantua with transit in Rimini, Urbino, Arezzo, Siena and Ferrara, just to mention some among the most evocative historic centers.
The arrival in Rimini is on schedule on Saturday 17th September, as the conclusion of the second day of the race. The cars, taking part in this edition, will arrive in Rimini, Piazza Tre Martiri, round 6.30pm for a parade in the historic centre. Then they will reach Piazzale Fellini at about 8 pm, where they will remain on display while an exclusive Gran Galà dedicated to Tazio Nuvolari will be held in the beautiful setting of the Grand Hotel. On Sunday morning all the vintage cars will leave at 7 am, direction Mantova, with transit in Ferrara.
