The event welcomes 60 Buyers specialized in Food & Wine tourism coming from all over Europe, Russia, Usa, Canada, Australia, Japan, China, Argentina, Mexico selected for an effective match demand-offer. It is held in a special venue: the Galli Theatre in Rimini, which combines the historic charm to the innovative project of renovation of the original building.
The event is organized in scheduled meetings during the morning session and with the workshop with free meetings during the afternoon session, in which the Suppliers can choose the Buyers they want to meet.
The Event Dinner is hosted in the charming Medieval inland area: the Cooking Show of the Michelin starred chefs of Emilia Romagna goes on stage in Verrucchio, one of the most evocative fortresses of the Malatesta Family. A special convivial dinner, for all the Buyers and Suppliers, discovering the 43 certified products of the Region.
