During the Christmas holidays the Associations in Borgo San Giuliano propose cooking workshops, in particular how to make 'pasta':
- Tuesday 5th December: home made Pasta workshop to prepare 'capelletti', a traditional type of local stuffed 'pasta', at the Trattoria 'La Marianna', viale Tiberio, 19. Info and booking: +39 0541 22530.
